So, I thought you all could get to know Frank a little better. In case you want to come along and put up with his little shenanigans, alongside Flynn, Fiora, and Walter!
Is very protective of his stuff. Particularly his hat. Don’t touch his stuff.
Late nights and early mornings, he prefers regular naps through the day to actually sleeping normally.
Can cook basic stuff. Specialises in fried food and not much else.
Will try to drag you into card games when he is bored. Bring things to bet with.
Likes poking his nose into other peoples business, see what they’re up to.
Will ask lots of questions. Enjoys finding out about other peoples times.
Will answer any questions aimed at himself with vague, non-answers.
Uh, don’t know how many of those are pros or cons. Decide for yourself!
thehumblerevolutionary asked: What got your character interested in magic
[[A long, long time ago, before the mists of time began, there was a boy. And on his sixth birthday, his parents hired a magician for his birthday. A fairly rubbish magician, who stank of something Frank would later realise was booze. But the magician gave him a deck of cards and taught him his first magic trick, sparking a deep intrigue into the shadowy realms of magic and mysticism. Since then, he was hooked.]]
hunters-and-healers asked: ❊ - My character finds yours lost in a snowstorm
Frank cursed again. No coat, no jacket, not even a bloody scarf. A little squeak came from next to his feet.
"You’d b-better know whe-ere you’re g-going." He muttered at the little Snorunt that he was following. "I’m f-freezing my ba-alls off."
He kept trudging onwards, the sun barely visible through the lashing snow. Frank stumbled in a hidden snow drift, sprawling face first into the snow.
"F-f-f-f-f-f*ck." Jimmy came back over, nudging Frank to get back up. "G-g-give me a f-few m-more s-seconds." The snow was surprisingly comfy. He could just… lie there… almost seemed warm….
"HEY! What do ya think yer doin’!"
A loud voice shook Frank back to consciousness. Or was it the hands doing the shaking? He couldn’t tell. It all kind of blurred together.
"Oh fer… come ‘ere." The hands pulled Frank upright again. He noticed a loud squeaking from around his feet. Jimmy? "You’ll catch yer death if ya jus’ lie there."
Frank grabbed onto the stranger, letting himself be pulled along. There wasn’t much else he could do at this point. Drifting in and out of consciousness, he felt the man slip a couple of times and pause to regain his grip. He thought he could hear the stranger cursing profusely under his breath fairly continuously, but it might have just been the wind.
"Nearly there…" The voice came again. "Come on ya idiot. Don’t go fallin’ asleep on me when we’re nearly there."

Anonymous asked: AND SUDDENLY~ Frank stumbles across a small group of Pidgeots and Pidgeottos, huddling around an injured member of their flock. What happens next?
Frank moves in, to try to help the poor bird. He is instantly greeted with a swarm of sharp beaks attacking him, forcing him to back off.
"Stupid f*cking birds." He mutters and walks off.
[[Those things are territorial, I doubt they’d let a stranger just wander in a pick up an injured one. And Frank certainly isn’t going to press the matter.]]
lawrenceandlouie asked: "I don’t know what I’d do without you."
Frank smiled, the other mans head resting against his side.
"Nonsense. You can’t rescue everyone yourself." He stoked the small fire again, prodding the embers with a long stick. "Especially when it’s you that needs rescuing. Arceus knows what would’ve happened if I’d left you there."
He removed his waistcoat, laying it across Lawrences chest as a make shift blanket.
"Now be quiet. No more half-frozen delirious ramblings from you until you’ve got your strength back."
thehumblerevolutionary asked: Thank you
"Anytime! Always willing to help someone out in these most dire of situations."
Frank shook off the worst of the water from his trousers, placing the hat back atop the young lads head before reaching for the shirt he had left on the bank.
"Be careful of those strong breezes though. Can’t have a fine hat like that blowing into the water too often."
